I bought it to replace a worn Champion pant. I had previously bought a different brand from another vendor but ended up returning it because it was too heavy weight for hot or warm weather. This one is lighter in weight and cooler than the lightweight pants I'm replacing. It's wearable for very hot weather like we're having now in DC area as well as in spring and fall.
