This shampoo does a great job getting all of the gunk and built up product out of your hair without making your hair feel dry. I usually wash my hair once a week so I use this every time I wash my hair and it's great. As a general rule, be sure to wash your hair twice; the first wash gets all the gunk and product out, the second wash cleanses your hair and scalp.
