Skil-Care's Geri-Sleeves provide comfortable protection for sensitive skin. They shield arms and legs against damage caused by friction and shearing in the bed and wheelchair. They also protect I.V. and wound sites. Protects the resident's arms and legs against damage caused by friction and shearing.

Application:
Arm
1. Select correct size for patient. Roll upper arm opening outwards until you reach thumb hole.
2. Slip upper arm opening over patient's hand. Fit patient's thumb through thumb hole and fingers through finger opening.
3. Roll Geri-Sleeve over arm. Be certain that sleeve extends above the elbow for maximum protection.

Leg
1. Roll upper leg opening outwards until you pass the heel bend of the sleeve.
2. Slip upper leg opening over patient's foot. Pull sleeve up until patient's heel fits comfortably in the heel bend.
3. Roll Geri-Sleeve over calf.

Important: Inspect skin regularly for tears, abrasions, infection, or other types of damages. Remove sleeve and replace with laundered sleeve according to facility policy

Laundering: Geri-Sleeves may be machine washed at temperatures that do not exceed 180o F (82o C). Dry on low. Use bleach as directed on container.
