Everything is great. I paid more for the Shimano gear set. seems to work great but takes some getting use to cuz the chain has slipped off some so you have to learn how to use that correctly, my only con, but easy to adapt to. The gears are tight %26 fresh feeling. Fat tires, Love them. Realistically you can't do city commutes with out them. Thinner tires are no good for that. You will have popped spokes %26 cut tubes. Now I breeze through my normal routs with no worries %26 can watch traffic better. I did replace the seat with a wide comfortable "Delta Wing. Why torture your self. Over all, Love It! %26 thanks for the speedy delivery Thomaster. I got it 2 days earlier than expected. Got it yesterday %26 it already has 40 miles on it. Also, the pic shows bike with my old Delta-Wing seat on it but I'm getting a new one. I tried to add photos but it wont let me.
