This bug zapper does exactly what it promises! The product arrived quickly, in really good packaging and with clear instructions. Batteries are included. We were plagued with flies during the hot weather and with the zapper, we are fly-free! I did find putting the battery casing back slightly tricky, but this is minor. Good value for money.
