one of my favourite

I love the quality of Rule 1. Cookies & Cream is one of my favourite flavours. I love to mix it with yogurt & add a little bit of peanut butter & some fruits, best snack ever.

Amazing product

This protein powder is one of the best on the market. It's whey protein and it's very easily mixed and doesn't have an artificial sweetener aftertaste

Nice flavour!

This whey Protein supplement has Isolate protein as a main Ingredient and it also tastes good! The flavour is like strawberry and creme ice cream but not overly sweet. It comes in a nice packaging with a scoop. The size is 2.28kg which is around 76 servings. I have been using this whey not only post my workout / training sessions but also on days when I don't workout. The quality seems good too. It may benefit people who want to incorporate this in their diet and fitness routine.
