Terrible shipping

The charger was sent to our house via UPS and when it showed up at the front door it the box was so beat up it looked 10 years old.....4 holes through the box where the charger stands are and the inside was bent and broken. Total joke that anyone with any sense of customer satisfaction would have left this product at our door.
