The White Freeze flavor is one of my favorite to buy pre-packaged so I was worried about not achieving the right flavor mixing it myself. After a couple tries I was able to reach the flavor that I enjoy and it stayed true to what you'd taste buying a bottle.

I write this in two parts; summary followed by my thoughts. Summary: Adding ‘Pink' to my water bottle has stopped my leg cramps, waking up with cramping starting, having painful ‘Charlie horse' cramps in the middle of the night and eliminated hand cramps when doing strenuous work with my hands over 2-3 hours. At 78, it has made a difference to my body and has improved its functionality. My Thoughts: Bio-molecular chemistry is what makes our bodies work well. As we age, the capability to manufacture enzymes necessary to replace those used takes more time because the body has become less efficient. Increasing the intake of key minerals and nutrients that catalyze this production provides a critical pathway to keeping all actions operating smoothly. After a strenuous workout I have often wondered why muscles in the leg or calf continuously twitch. I have watched this occurrence many times when one leg is crossed over the other knee while sitting on the couch. What is causing the muscle to fire into a contraction mode for no reason? I don't see that happen after ‘drinking the pink' is in my water bottle each day. And consider one more thought! Nature gives us clues about how things work if we have an open mind and are observant. Couldn't the initiation of a stroke or heart attack have a similar root cause? We really don't understand what starts these events and the medical community seems to only think in terms of using medicines. Paul Ewald wrote in Plague Times book that many body diseases could be the result of viruses or mycoplasmas which the medical community does not accept. They prescribe muscle relaxers for leg cramps. I have previously tried tonic water (quinine), milk (calcium transport) and Gatorade but they seem to work only sometimes and don't provide a proactive cure. I take a daily vitamin pill but that does not help in anyway. For my body, this is the first time I have found a food or food additive that works well and is proactive. To my thinking it could reduce the occurrence of a stroke or hard attack. This additive has huge benefits and adds great value to body operation and I don't see any negatives. I recommend it highly for what it does. SEN.
