False description of item

Disliked false advertising....I bought southwest airplane causebit was cute and stated a button for SOUND! I emailed bcompany and they stated it did not have button to make airplane sound.... sorry but they have been telling WALMART to remove that part!!!!!! So disappointed ...my granddaughter first plane trip and wanted a zoom sound and it did not have it after all and it was shipped out knowing of false description.

NOT THE SAME AS THE PICTURE

The item pictured is not what was sent and I ordered from here specifically because I have a child with autism and he specifically wanted this one without eyes. I know it may seem like a small deal to most people, but for my child, it has to be what is pictured. If I knew the one with eyes would be sent I could have ordered off amazon for 7.00 cheaper. Also, the sound button barely works.
