Mediocre but functional

Kid who wore this is slim, but this seemed short and seemed to want to ride up (be cheeky) after couple months. This swimsuit was retired after only 6 months as it seemed to lose elasticity. It got to the point that the sleeves seemed like wings they were so loose and flappy. To me that is marginal quality in comparison to other long sleeve style suits I've purchased.
