It does what it says. Its cooling. Amazingly so. I've bought three. Do not put in dryer on high, will fail to be cooling the same again. It is not actually queen sized, will not fill a queen bed as a cover, but as a woman going through menopause living in a hot climate I simply COULD NOT survive without this blanket.
