This Indoor/Outdoor Solar-Powered LED Hanging Light is a self-powered, 10 in. diameter light in a black matte finish. Install it against your ceiling and adjust the length as desired. No wiring required making it ideal for any building that's not hooked up to electricity. A key chain remote control eliminates fumbling in the dark for the switch, letting you turn the light on from afar. There is also an on/off switch on the lamp itself, and two brightness settings allow for either a bright light or battery-saving low light as needed. prep for power outages
I honestly havent used this item yet, but I thought that it would be great to use in my kitchen if we loose power for an extended period of time. the cord is long enough %26 skinny enough that i can run it through the kitchen window %26 install the solar panel right outside the window. the remote control will be awesome too. thinking of using the second light for my back porch. ill update after i actually get them installed.
