Do not believe the reviews, that say this sweat shirt %26 pants run small. BUY your regular size (It's true to size for L). I listened to those people %26 it was a big mistake, literally. Now, I have an oversized sweat suit to wear or give away. If you normally wear 12-14, BUY large. DO NOT SIZE UP! If you want a good fit, buy your normal size. This is a thin fleece sweat suit.
