MediNatura T-Relief Arthritis Natural Pain Relief Arnica 12, 2 oz Cream works...yes WORKS! no heating up or chemically freezing (I'll use and ice pack for that thank you very much) helps my hands and wrists so I can continue to sew and do so many things I found too painful to continue, now I rub a small amount into the knuckles and my wrist (it absorbs quick too!) before I'm going to start my beadwork or my hand sewing, even cutting out quilt pieces is so much better. and I can re-apply as needed and still be able to use my hands well later on and even the next day without nearly as much discomfort, stiffness and pain...highly recommend
