Roughneck Plastic Tree Felling Wedge, 8in.

In the process of cutting up two fallen 40 inch diameter Oak trees. My original Roughneck Plastic Felling Wedge is damaged from repeated chain saw hits. No damage to the chain saw. The wedge is used to prevent the saw from being pinched. Half way through a cut, the wedge is hammered into the cut. The wedge prevents the cut from closing and prevents the saw from being pinched or trapped. Cutting continues to completion.

Nothing drives me as crazy as cutting one of my felling wedges with the chainsaw and realizing that I just lost some of my profit. These wedges are good quality and inexpensive enough so that I can use them in tricky areas and not worry about losing too much money.
