Overall it looks great and is an excellent fit. The back cover—the part which faces toward the front of the car—comes detached, so that you can paint it. The product quality is good. Please note that if you have a Limited trim level you will have to give up the power tilt-in feature and defrost. On mine, the painted back cover does fit pretty well, but not perfectly; few if anyone would notice, however. I also had to custom re-wire the electrical connection and use trial and error to determine which wire served which purpose (that is, back-and-forth movement versus up-and-down movement). I guess I could have consulted the Toyota shop manual to determine the wire colors but I didn't have one.
