Great device, power supply issue
Love this product! Sourced it to help with foot drop and frozen ankle. Item was easy to set up and efficient in positioning and use. However, power supply has design flaw at the female / male connection between the wall power source and inverter box connecting to device. After two or three cycles of motion, the connection between the inverter box and the wall power cord would separate and make the device turn off. Noticed at first connection the wall power section was difficult to fit into inverter box and had difficulty maintaining the fit to keep both parts together. Maybe wrong power supply parts put together in box at assembly? For that reason, I gave three stars. Either way if this issue could be fixed, I would definitely purchase this product again. Would look forward to hearing from company or customer service.
