The ATC also uses a layer of SCT on the sidewalls and a K-Armor belt under the tread area. K-Armor allows for a tighter tread, and the use of less rubber, resulting in a lighter tire. WARRANTY INFORMATION Kenda Tire USA. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that all Kenda bicycle tires, either directly or through an authorized Kenda dealer, and which are purchased within the United States and Canada against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for the duration of one year from date of purchase or until the tire no longer has usable tread depth (as determined by Kenda) (whichever comes first), will be replaced with an equivalent Kenda tire. This warranty is void if the tire has been damaged by crash, impact, abuse outside of intended use, or non-adherence to manufacturer guidelines. Warranty does not apply if the tire has been modified.
