Good look but poor quality products

I bought the table 6 chairs. Very disappointed by the quality of the product, specially of the chair. The white back cushions arrived a bit stained and damages. But most importantly, the chair legs are so unstable! One broke on day 2 after we sat on the chair just a few times and always carefully. They look good but this is all fake. The overall look is OK, though the table's gold metal legs look pretty cheap. It was not difficult to assemble following the instructions. It just requires to be at least 2 people because the table parts are very heavy, but that is expected.

The table is beautiful however the screws are messed up. I paid some technician to set it up I they could not. I have uploaded the pictures. I need this table to be taken back and replaced or I need my refund. I contacted the seller and am still waiting for a response
