Very affordable and efficient in my garage
I cracked up my push broom in the garage door and needed another one. I forget the name of the brush head that is supposed to be professional grade. I noticed they are much more expensive. I wanted something very inexpensive that was of some quality. This offered free shipping in and of itself. I thought that was pretty impressive. I also noticed this brush had good reviews and was designed for a patio garage type surface. One note. I would not use this indoors. The bristles would scratch up your flooring. It works very well for the garage though. Sweeps the dust quite well. The handle looks like plastic in the photo but is in fact metal. I like the ease of screwing the handle into the broom as it doesn't need to be retighted all of the time and doesn't come loose. The broom is nice and light. This particular broom also works well on carpets out in the garage. It picks the excess dust right up. One negative was I could pull the bristles out one by one with ease. Also, when first sweeping there were a few in the dust pile. That might be because the brush is new and the loose ones broke off. For the price its well worth it. I would highly recommend and if they keep this with a free ship I would at least give it a try. Highly recommend!!!

perfect for sweeping leaves on asphalt driveway
I bought a multi-surface push broom that I returned prior to buying this Palmyra bristle broom. The multi-surface push broom has stiff brush in the middle surrounded by softer brush around. The stiff brush collects and traps the debris on sweeping. Comparing the 2 brooms I found this Palmyra broom works better as debris does not collect on the bristle.
