Product works great. Shake it like salad dressing, to mix, then I open the bottle and cover with a cosmetic pad, turn it over onto a cosmetic pad 3 times (to get enough on the pad, I use 3 different spots on the pad, to make it go all the way across). It takes off my eyeliner and brow liner very easily, and has a nice "soft" feel. Use a new pad/repeat for the other eye. Wash face/eyes. I got this recommendation from my optometrist -- product doesn't clog the glands in your eyelids.
