I bought this for my office/guest bedroom. I wanted something outside of an air mattress to offer guests but also something that wouldn't take up a lot of space. I love the design and it's ability to be a couch when not used. As far as comfort, it's very firm on it's own -- I made it more comfy by throwing on a mattress pad under the sheets. I would definitely recommend this product (very fast shipping!) but would love it that much more if Jaxx came out with some sort of foldable bedframe to raise the height (right now, the "bed" is very low to the ground, similar to an air mattress height).
