It is made with a durable white epoxy coated metal frame featuring a sturdy hanging bar and added lower rack for extra shelf space. Assembly is a snap with Whitmor's easy no tool assembly design and the wheels are included. Measures: 17.0" x 35.0" x 68.0".  Whitmor is a 4th generation familyowned and operated business. Nice, Light Rack
Nice light rack for laundry room. Went together easily. Well packaged. Visual instructions were sufficient to assemble. Used a small mallet to help seed parts as my strength is a little lacking. That leveled everything out. It is for home use, not industrial. And it works very well for that.
