Great Product for Newbies

I was concerned about the size at first after reading one person's review. However, the size is perfect for me. I am the only one that eats kimchi in my household. This container surprisingly is able to hold an entire head of napa cut in 2 inch pieces(remember that the cabbage will wilt after brining). My kitchen does not have the kimchi odor once I seal it up. I have washed it in the dishwasher a few times and it still has a good seal. It comes with a great users manual that also has recipes that I can't wait to try. For beginners, I strongly recommend that you read the manual thoroughly before using.

E-Jen Fermentation container , I make a lot of kimchi each week and this container is very handy and nice and easy to use. It was a little pricey no matter what site I checked out. All run within a couple of dollars from each other but since I'm a Walmart member plus I don't get charged for shipping like some other sites that charge shipping if under $35.00. Can't afford to be a member to every sale site so I stick to one I use the most.

Wonderful little fermenter

One of the easiest and most reliable fermenters I've ever used. The seal works incredibly well and I can fit way more veggies in there than you'd think from looking at it. Also, very affordable!
