These unique briefs also feature hook fasteners for unlimited refastening and to ensure a secure, comfortable fit around the body; they can also be continually readjusted without tearing the briefs. TENA Ultra Briefs also come with InstaDri Skin-Caring System technology for outstanding dryness provided by their dual core technology that rapidly absorbs urine and holds it away from the body while their soft, non-woven backsheet provides the wearer with comfort and dignity.

these diapers are the best. im a nurse assistant and these are the best doapers after 12 years of serving elders as a live in I always buy these diapers for my clients that are bed ridden and before that i used the pull ups daytime amd night time i wont be without them ..you will not have a client or loved one getting bed sores and this is woth 2 changes per day. if ypu have to use liners also to save money inside the diapers breifs when they soil or wet a lot
