It seems very high quality and the price was excellent. for the price I didn't expect it to be this good. So far I've only used it for heat and it works great! It uses a heat pump which is a lot more efficient than normal electric heaters. It heats up in a few minutes, then the room gets up to temp a few minutes after that. The AC is higher BTU than the heat setting so I'm sure it will cool this room fast and be powerful enough to cool the whole upstairs of the apartment and probably some downstairs as the cool air falls down the open stairs. I'm happy with the product and would recommend it.

This thing definitely does its job, and it was very easy to set up. Have some duct tape on hand for the window vent, but everything else comes with it and is ready to go. As soon as I turned it on, it started blasting cool air out, and cooled off my whole room very quickly. I'm still learning, but it seems to be very easy to maintain too. Most settings do not require drainage, but I do intend to get that set up anyway. Overall I'm very pleased with its flexibility and ease of use and setup, and it is nice that I can move it around as well to aim it wherever I want it.

I made the best decision when I bought this unit, it will freeze you out if you choose. I live in a trailer and my bedroom is on the very end away from the main unit that doesn't cool my bedroom very well. Having bought this stands alone unit I don't have to run the main unit as much or at night, I live in my bedroom most of the time due to my illness. My electric bill has dropped since using the new unit.
