I love this… very light, great steam, easy to use gets in the corners replaced shark steam mop with True & Tidy. My complaint is order extra pads when you purchase mop. After receiving realized I needed extra mop pads looked at Walmart they do not carry I live 2-3 hrs to the nearest Sam’s ordered took almost month to receive them they do not carry in local Sam’s club.

love it, this thing has so much power, we filled it, turned it on and steam came rolling out in less than a minute, i didn't have to keep pumping it either like my old one. i bought this for my daughter and now she doesn't have that sticky floor residue that she had before from old mops and detergents. i will be ordering one of these for myself since my super large professional steamer is too much for regular usage

What a powerful gadget!!! Nothing to put together and comes with a measuring cup. This little machine is powerful and puts out a lot of steam to get those tough jobs done. Sure makes cleaning easier. Steam cleaned hardwood floors, kitchen floor and bathroom floor. Going to try it out on the grout in the bathroom next.
