The Maxi brass penis pump creates an immediate, powerful suction, while the ergonomically designed nylon housing is lightweight and easily used one-handed. It's safety purge valve is easy to operate with a simple press. We include 18 inches of kink-resistant hose, and our specially-designed Quick-Disconnect Fittings to offer trouble-free pumping sessions. You can even disconnect the hose from the cylinder and it will maintain vacuum! Specially designed to be used with or without any sleeve.
For beginners, it is important to start the pumping process slowly to avoid discomfort. Remember to use the quick release valve if the pressure becomes too severe. Continue pumping/releasing air until you've found a suitable level of pressure. The penis should look swollen but should not hurt. Keep an appropriate amount of pressure on your penis and wait 20 minutes. Once the session is complete your penis should appear thicker / longer and have heightened sensitivity.

Pumping 101:

You and the cylinder should be well lubricated before using. The pump is attached to the cylinder via the quick release connectors. Upon operating the pump a vacuum is created. The most frequent problem is impatience and pumping too hard and fast. Too much vacuum can cause temporary bruising, water blisters, red pinpricks, etc. Proceed slowly, be patient, and increase the vacuum gradually over an extended period of time.

1. **Prepare the Pump:** Before using the Maxi Red Penis Pump, ensure all parts are clean and assembled correctly. The cylinder should be attached to the pump handle, and the kink-resistant hose should be securely connected.

2. **Apply Lubricant:** Apply a water-based lubricant to the base of the penis to create a better seal and make the process more comfortable.

3. **Insertion:** Insert your penis into the cylinder. Ensure that the base of the cylinder is flush against your body to create a tight seal.

4. **Start Pumping:** Slowly start pumping using the ergonomic handle. This will create a vacuum inside the cylinder, causing blood to flow into the penis.

5. **Monitor Pressure:** Keep an eye on the pressure gauge. Do not exceed a comfortable pressure level. If you feel any discomfort, use the quick-release valve to immediately reduce pressure.

6. **Maintain Pressure:** Once a comfortable level of pressure is achieved, maintain this for approximately 20 minutes. You can disconnect the hose from the cylinder and it will maintain the vacuum.

7. **Release:** After 20 minutes, slowly release the pressure using the quick-release valve. Do not remove the pump abruptly as this can cause discomfort.

8. **Clean:** After each use, clean the pump and cylinder with warm water and mild soap. Allow all parts to air dry completely before storing.
