Must to have

If you need to go you need these shoes. Remember, if your feet don't go you don't go. I typically get a year at best out of a pair of shoes/boots and I am very hard and heavy on them. Think 250lbs and capable of five mile run in forty minutes wearing boots. Now add a 70lb backpack and off to hike a trail or hill side for a week. I demand the performance these shoes provide climbing a rocky crag without fail.

Wonderful Hiker

I purchased a pair of the Vasque Juxt' and the Salomon XA Pro 3D to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. It took some time to decide between the two shoes but I went with the Vasque Juxt. When I decided on the Juxt I also packed a pair of loafers to wear while on vacation. I ended up wearing the Juxt shoes my entire time in Peru. The shoes performed much better than expected on and off of the trail. I hiked with a small group and we completed the Inca trail in a little over two days. Not once did I have a negative thought about my Vasque shoes. Highly recommended!!

VERY comfortable

These shoes are very comfortable, i have worn them through out the day mainly standing and walking, After taking off the shoes i was painless. Also these shoes are seriously QUALITY shoes. There is small problem for me which is when i step on a bit of water they slip with ease these shoes ARE NOT meant for winter at all.
