WAY smaller than expected

Not at all what we were expecting for Size as it is hardly something you'd put at your door woth it only being about 3-4 inches tall and maybe 5=6 inches wide. If it was for a fire place mantel (perfect) but it's a Very Small Welcome porch dog. I was even thinking the bax it was delivered in was small at about 10" - 12" and notemy surprise when i started to dig in said foot tall box to find a TINY box inside, disappointed to say the least. But on the plus it's a great quality and very nice JUST TINY
