these capsules work very well for aches and pains and sore muscles, but you have to make sure you take the recommended dosage every day. if you skip a dosage you need to start over again because it's not one of those kind of relievers that helps as soon as you take it

This product helps reduce the pain I experience due to inflammation of the arthritis and my sciatic nerve slowly becoming more damaged.
