Not all chains are created equal

This is not the same quality of chain that is for a 150lb dog. In fact this chain is lighter than most leashes. To be used as a throw chain- the tone is dull. It may work for your purpose, but it's not for mine.

It fell apart within the first few weeks after the purchase was eventually delivered. However, my initial thought was that it was a good quality chain. But the clasp that connects the chain broke and I've already replaced it with a different brand. For context, I have a crippled senior Chihuahua, i only use the chain so he doesn't wonder off and get lost. There was zero excessive tugging to cause this chain to fall apart.
