3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. Car Keys Express warrants this product against manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any product defects that result in poor performance of the remote control. It does not cover cosmetic appearance, battery depletion, nor poor performance of the remote control due to damage resulting from impact, exposure to water, exposure to excessive heat, improper handling or improper use. This warranty does not cover customer inability or unwillingness to perform the required activation and programming procedures, nor does it cover defects in a vehicleÃ¢ÂÂs keyless entry system. Warranty claims are limited to the replacement of the product at Car Keys ExpressÃ¢ÂÂ discretion. To submit a warranty claim, contact Car Keys Express customer service at 1-888-598-8910. Customer must provide proof of purchase including UPC label from packaging and copy of store receipt showing date of purchase.
