Verified Purchase

First, one of the bags arrived punctured, and the sugar in that bag was dry and clumped. Second, this is NOT dark brown sugar, it is just brown. I'm attaching a picture that shows this new bag of sugar on top and the older, darker (higher quality) dark brown sugar. Third, the outside of the shipping package was flithy, I picked it up and it was covered in dirt and dust and made my hands brown and grimy just to handle it. Probably more FedEx's fault.
