Great Umbrella but Base Won’t Hold It

This is a beautiful umbrella and seems to be really well made. It went together very easy and quickly adds elegance to our outdoor space and also provides additional space by extending out past the post. The one issue we have with the umbrella is that when the umbrella is opened, the base does not support the umbrella and the weight of the umbrella causes the whole thing to topple/fall over. It’s frustrating that the product is sold without the correct parts for the umbrella to function. We are going to have to buy a separate base to support the umbrella in order to use it. Just seems very inconvenient that a product is sold without everything it needs to be used properly.
