Features are great

I've had one of these for a few years. It has worked great even with very hard water. Just wiggle the rubbery spouts to clear them and they spray properly. The magnetic docking of the handheld portion of the shower head is a necessity. One piece has finally broken requiring either a part that does not seem to be listed on this site or I must purchase a new one. The plastic piece that screws onto the metal pipe has cracked and water is spraying out of the crack. It has not been adjusted in years so it is something that failed over time.

Pause button problems continue

I've owned this shower head for about 4 years and it has worked almost flawlessly - until now. Pause button stuck once before but I managed to get it un-stuck. But now it seems to be stuck for good. Given its price, I hate to think that the useful lifespan of this shower head is so short, especially given that two years ago I bought (with no reservations) one on my first morning in my just-bought vacation home to replace the awful one there. I guess I'll start the 2-year clock on that one now. My “recommendation to buy” should include the caveat “...with some reservation.”

Looks and works great, but....

This product looks and generally works great. I bought 2 for our new house. However, in less than 2 years the plastic screw piece has cracked where it screws into the pipe! This is disappointing. Based on the price point it should last longer.
