Excellent massage pillow and customer service
Revioly_ I received this pillow and charged it and it stopped working right away. I emailed customer service and heard back soon after and was issued a replacement, no questions asked. I was pleased that the second pillow not only worked but was truly a piece of spa-like heaven to have in the home. I think the buttons are a little confusing when switching massage modes but I don't really mind as the massage is effective and strong. The heat function is nice but I don't use it much. I have had this pillow relieve many back aches as I take care of a newborn baby and have found it to be something I would absolutely say every new parent needs in their life. I love how sleek and modern it looks. The fabric is very soft and the handle at the top is a nice touch that makes moving it easy. If I still worked in an office I would just leave this at work and buy another for the car also. You will not regret purchasing this pillow. _Revioly's MORR Program

I got this for a great deal on the today show website. It came pretty fast.. nice packaging.. it's pretty quiet.. it's a nice size..not too big & not to small..it has 3 levels low medium high.. I love that you can add essential oils.. and it has two timers on it 4 hr & 8 hrs love it! It looks sleek and nice.. love it!!
