Great door handle. It came with a template where a hole needs to be drilled. It even came with the drill bit needed for the bottom, small hole. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the drill bit wasn't the exact size as the bolt so I had to ream out the hole a bit with a carving knife to make the bolt fit. But once in it works great! Thank you.

No surprises here, it's exactly what you would expect. Although it does come with physical keys, I purchased this so I wouldn't have to carry those and boy don't I. I love it especially the finger print reader it is fast and reliable no issues at all. Using the lock after a few days I highly recommend the hornbill smart lock. The installation is straight forward, although you must take care to follow the instructions carefully. Perfect availability of fingerprint access plus all the codes worked first time. I have tried other smart locks and they are not as good as this one! The features on this door lock are great. The lock is very sleek, buttery smooth and what's best about it is it works! I am glad I made this purchase with this company. I also find that the after service support is great from the staff especially James. He has helped me greatly and he is very nice. I would buy from them again!
