I bought this to fill in workouts when I decide to workout at home. Very easy to set up and attach to the door. I've used it once and believe it will provide a good workout at home when needed. Here are what I see as shortfalls, in case anyone is interested especially the manufacturer. The isolation exercises and 11 Minute No Excuses posters should be on separate posters so they can be taped to the wall so both are visible at the same time. I would prefer the 11 Minute No Excuses DVD should be on a website. I have a tablet without a DVD player which means another purchase. It would be a better purchase if a floor mat was included, another purchase. I would appreciate more isolation exercises on a website or DVD. I can convert some of what I do at the gym to the Tower 200 but some may be more difficult to convert.
