I am going to say more then the lame "works as advertised" Great service on the phone when ordering from the USA. The mirror came packaged very well. A padded box within a box and the mirror was in a cloth bag. Everything was included. A replacement trim panel for the inside of the car, two adhesive back foam panels, and news bolts. I expected just a mirror. but received everything I needed, but paint. I wet sanded it, two coats of primer, three coats of paint and three coats of clear. All wet sanded. Looks like the original. So easy to install, even I could do it. I am going back to 1A when I need parts for my car
