Made like a Tank
I had mine for 14 or 15 years. Changed the fire pot once, hot rod Three times. Original controller after 1 year 10 days. Out of warranty. I did have to weld the auger back on, no biggie. I know everything else was getting old. So I replaced auger motor, fan, hot rod. This is made like a tank.

WoodPro Grill 9040 Char Griller
I cannot believe how easy this grill was to put together. Fired it up and ran great held temp. Overall durability just as good if not better than the Traeger. Held temp within 10 degrees. I currently own Yoder 640, Blazin grill tailgater and now Char Griller 9040. Hard to believe this has 580 square inches of cooking surface. Very nice

SO EASY TO USE, MY WIFE CAN NOW SMOKE A BRISKET
GOT THE CHAR GRILLER WOOD PELLET GRILL 9040 FOR FATHERS DAY, MY WIFE TOOK CHARGE AND FIRED UP THE GRILL WHILE I WAS AT WORK. SHE HAS ALWAYS WANTED TO SMOKE A BRISKET BUT WAS AFRAID OF HOW I IT WOULD COME OUT, NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE SMOKED A BRISKET, PORK RIBS, SOME CHICKEN LEG QUARTERS AND SAUSAGE TO ABSOLUTE PERFECTION HER FIRST TIME. SHE SAID IT WAS THE EASIEST BAR-B-QUE SHE HAS EVER MADE, JUST SET N FORGET. "THANKS CHAR GRILL' NOW WE WILL BE FIGHTING OVER WHO IS THE BETTER COOK!!
