Replacement for dry rot

While undergoing a full paint job dry rot was discovered on some of the decorative wood details on our home. The carpenter recommended we try pre fab non wood to avoid further water damage potential as well as cut down labor cost for fabrication. While I am not sure we actually saved any money, we are happy with the product and the outcome for our project. It did require some added wood inserts to insure stability where we installed.
