Stains won't come out!

I've been wearing this line for years. Every year, there's a new style. This is the first batch I've bought after the buyout. I'm not sure if I'm just unlucky, or there was a difference in manufacturing, but every one of these crochet neck tops have stains that simply won't release! I love the shirt otherwise, but I have to retire them far too early. :(
