Faucet falls off

I have this in my bathroom, and the main faucet keeps falling off. I tighten the 2 tiny hex screws about once a week. The faucet itself is a heavy solidly built piece. It just does not stay in place.

So disappointing

The product is not worth a penny. Color is pilling out and the push-button divider is coming out completely every time you close the shower.
