I don't eat green vegetables very often, even though I should. Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, beets are uneatable. They have made a big difference in my digestive system. I do take other Force Factor vitamins which are good too. The only thing I wish is the price could go down also offering some coupons would help especially for dedicated customers and for others who would try them and love them as I have.
