The metal pins that help hold the blade to the handle, fall out. It is a constant battle of sawing and watching the blade fall out and then trying to find the pin to put back in the blade to reassemble in to the handle. Your child will not approve.

Poorly made

Product is junk. I bought this and had it drop shipped to my son so he could build a pinewood derby car with my grandson. Upon inserting the blade into the handle, the unit broke and is unusable. So now my grandson was disappointed that they couldn't build the car and must wait for a suitable and more capable coping saw to be purchased, from another supplier.
