$200 won't even afford decent Chinesium anymore.

Timely shipping, good communication from the seller with both tracking numbers, and products arrived early - no complaints there. Packaging was good, nothing was damaged upon initial inspection, and the hardware pack and assembly instructions were as expected - on-par with the quality of the product. The issue that both units have, was that the forward and rear-most supports/legs had at minimum 3/8" of an inch gap between the frame of the lounge chair and the supports/legs. This puts all of the weight on the shear-strength of the included hardware, which isn't great. I finger-tightened all four screws, so as to have as close to a gap on both sides as possible. Then, I started tightening the screws down. Rotating every so often, to try and close the gap evenly on both sides, top and bottom, left to right. You are effectively crushing the square tubing, trying to bring it as close and tight to the frame as possible when tightening. This worked on the first unit, but ended up cracking off one of the spot-welded threaded nuts on the second unit. Also on the second unit, the frame that supports the plastic notches that control the height of upper portion of the lounge chair is tweaked, so it doesn't sit level either. I've requested a replacement unit, as I don't suspect a refund would do my any good as I go to try and by some other Chinesium product, so we'll see how the company responds.
