Product arrived damaged -don't buy from Modway

The dresser arrived with 2 damaged panels. I followed the instructions in the manual and got in touch with Modway customer service hoping they could send the replacement (my husband spent 5 hours assembling the dresser when we realized it was damaged, so we didn't want to return it). I called before the return window closed, customer service representative assured me they would resolve the issue but I would have to email them and wait since they were backed up with too many emails. Next week I receive the response that they cannot help me and my return window has closed by then. I am now stuck with a dented dresser. Horrible customer service, do not buy.
