Great flavor. Forgiving on roasting variants.

This is my first attempt at roasting my own beans. I must say I will not go back to buying pre-roasted if at all possible. These beans have a unique flavor. I have lightly roasted and roasted to the point of I thought they would be too dark if not burnt. Either way, the flavor of the bean is rich and desirable. I would definitely buy again.
