Ghost shield was extremely easy to apply. After the recommended wait period, water beads up on the surface (and stays there for a LONG time) rather than seep into the concrete. I do not know how this product will perform long term, as it has only been two weeks since application. However, so far this product has delivered as advertised. The only complaint I have is the price per coverage area. It will cost over $500 to do an average driveway!

Best drive sealer on the market.

Ghost shield 8500 is a fantastic concrete driveway sealer. It does not change the color of the concrete nor does it give it a shine. It penetrates deep into the concrete and complete seals the surface from water and salt. Water actually beads up on the driveway. Amazing product. Need to power wash the driveway to remove any dirt or grime. Let is dry for 24 hours. Applies easily with a pump sprayer. Recommend getting a paint roller and roll the surface after you spray to ensure an even coat. It takes two coats.
